jazz: chet baker

i was introduced to chet baker by my then boyfriend and now my dearest husband - goob.

one of the first few albums and my personal favourite albums still is right now has got to be The Best of Chet Baker Sings and Songs for Lovers.

my favourite tracks gotta be:

• stella by starlight
• come rain or come shine
• my funny valentine
• that old feeling
• there's a lull in my life
• embraceable you
• lush life

i came across this excellent video of chet's performance.. and it's just amazing!

it'll take a while to load as the video lasts for at least 40 mins..
